i have had an accident 5 days ago.resulting in a blow to the brow bone on face. there is a 1/2 inch gash. that is heeling. my eye was swollen shut,for a couple days. now its open and i have a bad black eye ofcorse.my concern is that; just below the gash on browbone it is very swollen still -there is like a knot in there.above my eye ;very painful. im concerned that the swelling is not going down--sometimes i think the "knot" is getting bigger !--what is in there?--how long does it normally take to recover from a high impact blow to the brow?--
