How To Cure A Painful Lump At Opening Of Anus Which Looks Like Wound?

I have noticed this lump right at the entrance of my anus for over 4months now. I crossed examined today again and i found a slight open wound an inch inside my anus. It hurts me everytime and at time i feel light touch movement around this pain zone. Help...its killing me

Remedy for lump at anus with wound-
High roughage/fiber Bland diet for 2 wks,
Seitz bath for 15 minutes daily 2 times.
Anti-inflammatory drugs for 5 days time from your ER doctor.
Anovite oint x 10 days time.
You should check with Surgeon and rule out-Fissure in Ano with Sentinel pile, from which you mostly suffer for last 4 months time
Things will resolve in 10-15 days time.If not, ER Surgeon would do needful.Don't worry and things will be right after this check up.Plz don't self medicate and increase risks and costs of your illness.Just ask query to HCM and to me.
