General Surgeon 's  Response

Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read facts of your query and reviewed it in context to your query health issues.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query the reply of your query is-
YOur current health issues seem to be related to-the soft lump on left testes which was later found to be larger and harder than thought by primary opinion.
And this has been like this for a long time.
You need to check with Urologist and or Surgeon and take the expert opinion and get Second USG to reassess the truth of your testes lump.
There are many causes-but those which need to be verified in your case- could be-like-TVH-Tunica Vaginalis Hydrocele of testes of left/ or it coult be-Spermatocele/ or it could be Seminoma? which needs to be ruled out.
Don't worry unless your attending doctor investigates and confirms it definitely.
Any other cause not submitted by you, needs to be ruled out.
Do's-
Keep Cool.
Get Second Consults from Urologist and Surgeon and reassess the exact cause by clinical examination.
Get another USG and opinion from your Surgeon on it.
Constant followup with specialist doctor-for long term would give you long remissions in time to come, which would depend on meticulous followup treatment of your health concerns.

Just don't worry and be patient and co-operate with your doctors, till you verify with your attending doctors.
For early recovery-please follow above do's which would resolve your complex health issues.

Hope this would help you to treat your health issues in the best way possible.
