How To Cure A Swollen Knuckle Caused Due To Punching A Door?
I do martial arts, just putting this out there. I punch stuff, so on. I recently punched a door a few weeks ago (i was angry, not doing anything for my martial arts) I punched with my right hand, middle knuckle. It is still swollen / bigger and when I straighten my hand out.

Give hot compress.The swelling will gradually decrease.You can apply antiinfammatory gel like diclofenac or nimusulide.If the skin is dark it might get peel of gradually.Let me know if you have any further query.
