Hi,

I have gone through your query.
Type and nature of pain you have mentioned is suggestive of Stone in Gall bladder, it is known as Cholelithiasis. It is more common in females and in your age group. Gall stones may lead to acute cholecystitis in which there is inflammation of gall bladder and later on infection.
Tramadol can be taken to relieve pain. I suggest you to go for some blood tests like CBC and LFT along with ultrasound on abdomen.
