I really appreciate your concern, hyperacidity can be best managed with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day, for the diarrhea it may be self limiting and no need to worry about this, for the breast nipple it could be fungal infection and I would suggest to try Miconazole cream, but it is better to wait for some time because nipple itching could be nonspecific may go away on its own hope this information helps.
