How To Cure Acidity?
i am 37 yr. old. from last 5-6 month burning pain in my stomach & also suffering from full of acidity. Shown to gastroenterologist & checked B12, CBC, CRP level, Stool test. All test are normal but there is no relief to me. they have given antacid tablets(Razo D, Pentocid, Kinpride, IBSCIM) . there is no acidity while taking antacid tablets but when it is stopped it is again started. what is the reason of acidity/ how many days medicines take to cure it/ what are the side effects of this medicine when taken for a long time?

I really appreciate your concern, hyperacidity can be best managed with the drug called PPI (Proton pump inhibitor ), like Omeprazole 40 mg and it has to be taken along with Tab Domperidone 20 mg once in day both the drugs should be taken at evening time only once in day, try to avoid the heavy meal, spicy food, coffee, alcohol, smoking, prior to bed, try to stay away from the stress, in chronic condition it has to be rule out for infection of H.Pylorii, eat more vegetable diet like fresh green leafy vegetables and hope this information helps.
