He used a long metal tool. Withing the last hour, she has a small amount of blood coming out of one ear. She is on blood thinner. When we called the dr s office, nobody there except a machine. Should we be very worried & take immediate action. like emergency room, or just wait until tomorrow. It appears she is not in much pain.
