Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am 34 and work a job that requires me to be seated in a chair the majority of the day. Occasionally I begin to feel extremely uncomfortable and maybe even bloated. I am not sure how to tell if this is due to the sitting or if there is something wrong. I do not have regular bowel movements and I've been eating healthier (more fruits and vegetables and lots of water) as well as exercising regularly.
Dear many reasons for bloating. Air swallowing is the most common while eating and drinking other causes acute gastritis, GERD, heavy eating of processed foods, dyspepsia, irritable bowel syndrome etc.. Avoid spicy oily food and alcohol, avoid smoking and caffeine, avoid dairy products. Use tab pantaprazole before breakfast and tab simethicone 80 mg twice a day, still symptoms persist please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
