How To Cure Bowl Under The Eyes?

I use to have a trouble from bowl generated below my right eye during 2 tears.The interval is 2-3 monts.The same problem has started below lft eye also before 10 days.The area below eye is turning black Doctor prescribed Tab GUDICEF-200 1BDS x3 Tab,Lictra 1BDSx3 and ointment Fusee. Can you tell me the reason for this along with remedy?

black colouresion is due to hyper pigmentation. excessive melanin deposit with sunlight expo user. use dark glass. apply sunscreen lotion over dark area. avoid to much expo user tosun.
