Hello, I have a very difficult time breathing through my nostrils. They are very tiny, and now with age the tip of my nose has fallen some, causing even worse breathing problems. What would an ear, nose & throat specialist be able to recommend, if anything?

Nothing to worry. U need some types of Septorhinoplasty surgery. U may visit an ent/plastic surgeon specialized in rhinoplasty. We have done hundreds of this operation with high success rate.
