How To Cure Bump On Face With Pus Inside?

I have had a bump on the side of my face for about 6 months. If I rub it it has a bad smell and I started to sqeeze it and got a bunch of white stuff out. The bump is all but gone but keeps trying to come back. Is there something I can do to get rid of it for good?
