I'm outside of the united states for two more weeks, however I recently cut my vagina lip with a dirty razor with a razor my cousin & I had been sharing... Now I have painful bumps (underneath skin) & my lips and the vagina itself is swollen & very painful.. It burns to pee & wiping can only be done by padding the area secondary to the swelling... It is still very painful & swollen 3 days later with whitish discharge & a funky odor now.. I'm away from home & scared it might be something more serious.. Please please tell me what to do
