How To Cure Chest Pain That Is Radiating Towards Back?

I had a pain in my chest, through my back, I couldn't breath, I got a headache, I was throwed up three times then felt better, my urine is very dark yellow, I haven't eat in two days, only water, 7 up, a pain is gone, but I do not feel myself, so what's wrong with me? also is it might come back with pain again?
