I accidentally poked myself hard with the part of an ovulation predictor stick that you pee on and now I have a sore just inside my vaginal lips where it cut it. How can I get this to heal properly and is there anything that I can put on it to help it heal?

It seems that there might be having some infection due to injury.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
If require go for one antibiotic medicine course for 3 days.
