How To Cure Dent On The Chest?

Hello!

I am a teen (in my early 16s) and I recently discovered that I have a small dent in my chest. The dent is only visible since two years ago but I think that it may have gotten deeper since then. It is nothing major and most people don't notice, however when examined thoroughly it is clearly evident that it is a dent. My parents told me that this might be due to lack of excercise (I am quite unfit and have a bad posture and low stamina - not overweighed though) - also I'm very tall for my age (1m 89). So I was wondering wheather this could be fixed by regular excercises (ie. Push ups, swimming and back excercises) or wheather this is in-fact a case of a developing "pectus-excavatum".
