How To Cure Double Vision Caused Due To Labrinthitis?
My wife has suffered from labrinthitis for 14 months . She developed double vision 4 months ago and It is not improving , she has seen ear and eye specialists as well as having an Mir scan, are the two Conditions linked ? And will the virus clear up in time as we have been told My wife is 63 years old and up to now has been in excellent health
Hello, Does she suffer from any medical condition like diabetes etc which is keeping her immunity low. If yes then you should take care of that , then the viral infection will improve. In her case i suppose there is in addition bacterial infection also as the viral infections do not take this long like 14 months is a long period. Have you taken antibiotics and steroid medicines. Development of Double vision is to be taken seriously and reason should be sought for .You should get done a recent MRI scan and consult a ENT specialist. In doubt do reply.
