How To Cure Dysentry And Diarrhea In Child Which Persist After Montaz Injection?

My son is 1 year 9 months.from 20 says he is suffering from dysentry and deoriah.he was given montaz inj by dr Mukesh Keshsrwani and biogut also. But after treatment still today he has loose motion. Please tell me something which can make healthy my son.

He needs lactose free diet, sporolac and zn supplimentation in addition to an antidiarrheal like Walamycin.
Nutrition is very important, energy dense foods like rice+dal+ghee or paysam or porridge.
