How To Cure Enlarged Bumps Noticed At Middle T Back Of Tongue Noticed After Oral Sex?

hi, i am a 20 year old male and had a one night stand, long story short i gave this girl oral sex and of course now i am freaking out and doing all this research. I noticed on my tobgue i have enlarged bumps on middle to back of the tongue with 2 big bumps at the very back of my tongue. is this herpes from the oral sex? of course i know i made a mistake but I was drinking. Now i am doing all this research and getting scared. Also we made out a lot so not sure if this is the reason. any insight?

Thank you for query. It is not clear about the type color texture etc of the lesions other symptoms duration etc.it may be due to trauma infections nutritional causes etc also partner disease history is not clear. So please consult your doctor .preferably avoid oral intercourse.
