How To Cure Fatigue Due To Weight Gain?

Hi I am a 38 years of age woman, I wonder if I might have an estrogen disbalance or hypotyroidism or adrenal malfunction:my symptoms are great fatigue during the day and weight gain as much as 50 pounds in the course of a year while being very self counciouse about haveing a healthy nutrition, I feel always sleepy, I am down emotionaly, it has become almost impossible to loose a pound for me!and my periods shrank from 7 days to total of 3 for each month again during last year, and I have hot flushes constantly, I never crave sweets but my hunger would be satisfied just by solty taste and I have over active bladder as much as twice each hour but have no problem with bowl moovement it is regular on daily basis.

in thyroid problems fatigue is MAIN symptom so better check those levels, other causes anaemia, lack of activity or good exercise, steroid problems, diabetes mellitus. you do your blood profile Once then it can be diagnosed. wt gain may cause Oligo menorrhoea or hypo menorrhoea, with physical activity it return to normal
