There are various reasons for hairfall, and stress can be one of them.
Also if you have had any illness, fever, lifestyle changes recently which started your hairfall these need to be addressed first. Do you have a problem of
dandruff. Any
hormonal,menstrual or
thyroid problems? These things can increase hair loss.
firstly you need to eat well, a nutritious diet rich in
vitamins and minerals like iron necessary for healthy hair. If your diet is lacking then your hair and nails will be weak.
Rest is also necessary overall
You can start a hair supplement with biotin such as biotee 10mg capsules daily.
Use a mild shampoo such as Hair4u or Anaphase shampoo will help with conditioner
For application use keratex oil or hairbless or similar solutions at night and leave on.
It will take a month or two to see the hairfall reduce and hair growth increase.
