How To Cure Heart Pain, Headache And Problem In Breathing?

i get like a heart pain i feel heat going up to my head then i get a headache and my breathing gets hard it lasts for a min. or 2. and i feel tiredafter.i went to the hospital last week and passed a x ray for my lungs and blood test and a electrodardiogramme and everything was fine and it happened again this morning. thank you very much
