Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am a 40 year old single mom with 3 kids. I suffered from cardiomyopathy back in September 2009. My heart function was at 18% when I was rushed to the ER. However almost within a year it was 3% from normal function. I have recently been experiencing a very high pulse rate. I also have high anxiety. My own cardiologist thinks its more mental but I am so afraid my heart condition will come back. I just took my blood pressure and it was 114/70 but my pulse was 117 and I actually had been lying down. I am not currently covered under a health plan.....should I be concerned?
