How To Cure High Temp Of 102 Of Child?
My son has fever of 102, which has been there for more than one day now. It touched 104 in between, we gave ibugesic it came down but now again gone up. What s normal recommended dosage for 8 years old with 29 kg wt child. What if fever goed againt to 103. Shall we rush to hospital

Give acetaminophen every 4 to 6 hourly till fever is above 100 as per dose 15mg/kg .
In case fever is above 102 give mefenemic acid 12 hourly doae is 4 to 6 mg/kg.
Give plenty of fluids.
In case fever continues to be on higher side after 24 hours get him examined.
