I have been suffering from hyperacidity and also i have dysentery as for my previous history. Now, this two problem is occuring at a time. My GI tract becomes inflammed and also this inflammation occurs in the small intestine and large intestine. When this happen i can t stop and i have to go to toilet immediately. But this happen inle at around 10.00 to 11.00 am, on this time i can t concentrate on my study. What should i do?
You have not mentioned cause of dysentery. It may be bacterial or amebic dysentery.stool examination done if it shoes pus cells with RBC then bacterial cause.Antibiotic needed for it. If eggs seen then ameba is the cause .metronidazole given for it.
Meanwhile whenever you have dysentery take following measures... More water. More fruits. Green leafy vegetable taken more. Avoid meat and heavy fatty and fried meal. Cooked oatmeal good in soothing inflamed area. Avoid excess spicy food.
Maintain hydration and avoid stress.
If still your symptoms increasing then colonoscopy done with subsequent biopsy to rule out inflammatory bowel diasease or microscopic colitis like conditions.
