How To Cure Intermittent Pain In Feet?

I am a healthy 54 year old, not on any medication but over the last 3 - 4 months have been intermittently getting pressure pain in my feet if I wake up to go to the toilet in the night or first thing of a morning. Can you explain this and is there anything I can do to cure this?
