Hello,

Such symptom is commonly indicative of allergy from pet dander, mold, pollutant, fumes, pollen, etc. It can also be caused by side effects of certain medications that you have been taking. Infection, cold and asthma can trigger such symptoms. Avoid addictions (smoking, alcohol, weed, etc) if any. Stay away from stressful lifestyle , chronic exertion or emotional problems like anger, distrust, etc.

Wash your bedding, clothes, pillow covers in hot water frequently. De stress, take quality sleep. Stay away from smoke, chemical fumes, or cold, dry air. For relieve you can take fexofenadine (Allegra) or levocetirizine (Xyzal), one at bed times for 3-5 days. Keep your living area clean and well-ventilated. Breath fresh air.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
