hi on my right foot my pinky toe is red and purple and swollen, the toe next to it is pink and a bit purple on top but not on the side, my middle toe is red just below my toe nail, the toes in between my big toe and middle toe is red at the bottom not just below the toe nail. and my big toe has a red circle just off to the side from the middle...it gets really itchy and hurts to touch and wear shoes. and some of them look lumpy...whats wrong?
