Here according to history you are having acute laryngitis case associated with bronchitis ....
You needs to investigate with ....
1.Auscultation
2.Indirect laryngoscopy which is OPD procedure
3.chest x ray only if needed after auscultation
Here mostly you will have more inflammation over laryngeal mucosa , for which betamethasone 0.5 mg steroid tablet will needed ....
Steam inhalation done three times a day ...
Take one tsp turmeric powder in milk daily .
