How To Cure Maculopapular Vesicular Lesions On Hands & Feet?

Hi, I have maculopapular vesicular lesions on my hands and feet, which have spread slightly up my leg and down my arm. I have no oral lesions and am systematically well. My urine tests normal with glucose strips, i was diagnosed with Hand, Foot and Mouth disease which is quite rare in adults. Also in my experience it doesn t look like this at all. Differential diagnosis possible?

Hello,

As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
