I was skateboarding and my board hit a ridge in the sidewalk to I flew forward off my board and slammed into my Tibialis Anterior muscle. To prevent future problems, wear supportive shoes and avoid running on hard surfaces.
first of all do lower limb xray to r/o any fracture pain is might due to fracture if fracture not there take anti histaminics , pain killers , is there any swelling present if there take serreatiopepidase if pain and rashes not relived consult orthopaedician .
