Hi.......I am 17 weeks pregnant and had lifted some wight yesterday.Since yesterday night, I am suffering from sever back pain on adn off.I applied volini gel adn got some relief but it din t got off completely. can you please help me. email id: YYYY@YYYY

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion its not advisable to take pain killers in pregnancy due to their effects on fetus.So take paracetamol for pain.Give hot fomentation on the area.Take rest.Avoid physical strain like lifting weight in pregnancy.
