How To Cure Pain In Left Arm After Having Metal Plates On?
I broke my left arm almost 10 years ago. One metal plate was put on the ulna and another was put on the radius. Four screws in each. I ve noticed over the past few years my left arm hurts if I lift heavy objects or hold it in a particular position for too long. More recently, it has started to hurt without my doing anything unusual. What is causing the pain and what can be done about it?

Quite possible that the screw or plate become loose. Get your X-ray done to confirm, and if any, get the plates removed.
