How To Cure Pain In Left Neck Near The Adams Apple?
i am a 54 year old male who runs 6.5 miles 5 days a week. I was out for a sort jog and I had a pain in the left neck near the adams apple and in the left ear. I stopped and walked and the pain went away. This has never happened before. Is this muscular or cardio related? Thank you.
