How To Cure Pain In Wrist?
Hi, I'm having terrible pain in my left wrist when I bend my hand up or to the right. When i move my hand to the right, the pain in my wrist is almost unbearable. It doesn't hurt if i bend my hand to the left or down. I do not remember doing anything to it, no falls, nothing. what could be wrong?
