How To Cure Pain On The Right And Left Side Of The Stomach?

hi Ive been having problems lately with my stomach for maybe 3 days it feels extremely warm. And in both the right and left sides of my stomach and the lower part of my stomach Thiers a dull pain I don t feel like eating even when I m hungry and I m not sure why

I have gone through your query.

Based on the information I feel you have gastritis
I would suggest you to drink plenty of water or electrolyte solutions to prevent dehydration.
Add bland foods to your diet, such as bananas, toast, oatmeal and rice in small amounts every couple of hours. Avoid spicy food. Restrict meat for few days.
You can take curd which will be beneficial.

You can take capsule omeprazole 20 mg before breakfast, empty stomach once daily for a week. Probiotics like sporolac or ecobion will be beneficial.
