How To Cure Pain Under The Testicles?

The bottom of my balls hurt quite a lot occasionally. I mean the left side of the skin on the bottom where it connects to the anus. I was wiping myself after a shower when it hurt. It has happened two or three times in the last 1-2 years and I believe its just nothing important. But it does hurt and I wish to stop it. Right now the only way is to not touch it at all, but that is rather hard when I sleep and take a shower etc.
