How To Cure Painful Cramps During Periods?

Hi i got my period 1 week ago and they went like any orther normal time of the month, Today i woke up and had pains like cramps like i was getting my periods but i didnt think much of it until i went to the toilet and seeing bright red blood so i put a pad on when i checked again it was brownish redish blood and i started ti feel cramps and pains in my back like how labour starts ! and everytime i go toliet its bright red blood ! i dont understand as this has never happend to me before i cant afford to go doctor this week as its 60 euro to see my doctor so you are my hope for an answer please help

Hi,

As per your description it seems like you are experiencing severe dysmenorrhea. You can take analgesics like Mefenemic acid (Meftal) for pain relief. If you experience symptoms for long you have to get an ultrasound scan done.
