How To Cure Painful Red Bump With White Head In Diaper Area?
My daughter is 2 years old I was changing her diaper yesterday and noticed a small red bump I did t think much of it then today I looked closer and there is a white head on it I tried to pop it but just touching it was causing her pain it looks like a quarter size mass inside it very hard to the touch please help

From history it seems that due to diaper rash there might be having some infection causing boil giving white spot.
She might require one antibiotic medicine course for 3 days.
Consult your doctor.
Keep local area, clean, dry and airy.
Change diapers frequently.
