How To Cure Painless Bump On The Butt Cheek?

There s this small painless Bump on my butt cheek (no where near any place down below. It s hard but i don t think its a pimple, I can t pop it. It s been there for a couple a months now and I only notice when my hand brushes against it. IF it helps, I m a female and the bump is now a darker color than the rest of my skin

It is a collection of dead material under the skin.

Dont worry its not a dangerous condition.

Treatment is mainly surgical.

It can be removed with the wall of the cyst, through a small incision.
