I had an upper eus and the results showed pancreatic parenchymal abnormalities consisting of hyperechoic strands noted in the pancreatic body and in the pancreatic tail A mass was identified in the pancreatic head. The endosonographic appearance is suggestive of an enlarged LN vs a neoplasms

Hi. The solution is surgical removal for diagnosis as well as treatment to be done at super-specialty centers to get the best possible treatment .
