How To Cure Passing Of Blood In Stool?

I am 33 year old male and have healthy lifestyle.....just recently i have noticed a fair amount of blood when i wipe after going poop. It seems to be right on the inside of my exit of anus? Very bright red and only apparent when i wipe, I can see red if i open my anus.
