I have pimples and scars on my body which heal and always scar. I shave my chest and developed pimples which turn to unslightly blackheads. I have noticed that vitamin D3 taken in tablet form seems to improve the appearence of the darkened skinned areas. I am 40, 5'11 and weight 17 stones (ex bodybuilder). Can you please suggest anything that would help reduce these unsightly marks?
