How To Cure Pimples On Face After A Facial?

Am allergic to green leafy vegetable and Black gram dal which causes mouth ulcer...Now my problem is that after doing facial for my wedding on Aug25,2011 got down with severe itching and pimples everywhere..what should i do pls help me out....
Also have got pimples all over my back now which is really very painfull..Please help me out of these two problems
