How To Cure Pityrosporum Folliculitis?

My age is 22 weighing 61kg.I had pityrosporum folliculitis on my face few months ago..Even after proper treatment it seems to occur again.As recommended i follow good personal hygiene.Could this be due to a weaker immune system?I am treating my folliculitis with an antifungal shampoo and microdox DT.Please help me avoid this recurring folliculitis.
