Ejaculation happens very fast and almost immediately after that i loose the erection. What can i do to hold the ejaculation for long please? My age is 30 years, height is around 5'10'.I am healthy a bit overweight.
From what you have mentioned, you seem to be suffering from premature ejaculation. I can understand your distress as it is bound to cause sexual dissatisfaction in you and your sexual partner.
You should seek a psychiatric consultation for treatment of your condition. Treatment with both medications and behavior therapy will be helpful. Medications would include selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors like paroxetine (daily) or dapoxetine on as required basis.
Behavior therapy sessions would include relaxation training, sex education and learning methods like squeeze technique, start-stop method and distraction. Participation of your partner in the sessions will enhance the chances of improvement.
Hope this information was helpful. Best wishes.
