Hi Doctor.... I have a problem of frequent sperm leakage while sleeping in the bed. Weakly twice sperm leakage occurs in bed. So Directly I can feel that I'm losing too energy from my body. I'm losing my strengths also. Please guide me how to stop / control this. My age : 25 Height/Weight : 175 cm / 70 kg
I can understand your concern regarding release of semen while sleeping. It is termed as nocturnal emission (night falls/wet dreams). Once a person becomes sexually mature, semen production starts which is a continuous process. A person then either has sex, or masturbates and has night falls. Night falls do occur if a person doesn't have sex or doesn't masturbate. It is a normal physiological process and nothing to worry about.
Nightfall doesn't lead to any physical or mental health problems. It also doesn't make anyone weak. Loss of semen/sperm in any form is not related to loss of energy or strength. Nightfall will stop if you start having sex or do masturbate.
Your weakness may be due to nutritional deficiency. You can consult a general physician to rule out any and get treated accordingly. Wet dreams has nothing to do with it. So, you just need to relax about having wet dreams or if you really want to stop it, masturbate. Both are completely normal.
Hope this information was helpful. Best wishes.
