How To Cure Severe Panic Attack, dizziness And Elevated Heart Rate Due To Smoking?

So about 5 months ago (Sept. 2010) i smoked a type of fake marijuana, or k2, called Spike Max. Shortly After smoking this I experienced terrible side effects such as extremely elevated heart rate, vision trouble, severe lack of depth perception, lack of sensitivity in hands, feet, and legs, dizziness and stomach bloating. This effect lasted for about 2 hours and then went away and i felt fine. The next morning when i woke up, i felt really weird....the only way i can describe it is i felt like i was slightly drunk. This feeling lasted over a month and then finally went away. Just the other day (February 5th) I had another severe panic attack (like when i smoked) after taking a lifting supplement, i was brought to the doctor because my heart rate was so high. I feel better now...but i still feel just weird like before and have minor panic episodes when i think about it. I have trouble staying focused, i cant remember details as well (or so it seems) and whenever i think about having a panic attack, my condition worsens. How can i feel back to 'normal'? What should i do to get over these 'panic' or 'anxiety' attacks? Should I be worried or consult a doctor?

Cannot say in your particular case especially because the quality control of marijuana derivatives is quite bad and nobody knows what might be in a particular one.

That being said, none of them are likely to be around for a week by detection by any means other than detection in hair. The direct chemical effects are very unlikley to last 2 days. They can have a (small) potential to cause lasting damage (stroke) but this would likely be noticeable (as a stroke). So, a head scan is not crazy to do, BUT
psychological disturbances such as panic attack, depression, etc are most likely the cause of long term disturbances after marijuana and marijuana derivative use
