How To Cure Sharp Itchy Pain On Lower Abdomen While Exercising?
I have a sharp / itchy pain on my lower abdominal right side, when lying down and getting up its sore, also when doing excersise like push ups - its a sharp itchy sting. sometimes when i sit its starts itching but like a itch from the inside and not the skin.
I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.
The sharp/itchy pain you feel on your lower abdominal right side when lying down and getting up and when doing exercises is due to muscular stretching during these movements.
Your abdominal organs are also involved during these exercises leading to itching feeling.
Advise to avoid quick movements involving abdominal wall and to take analgesic medications orally.
If the pain will persist, should consult with your doctor further and to run abdominal ultrasound for further evaluation.
All the best!
