How To Cure Sharp Pain Above The Belly Button?

Hi ,Ive been havin stomach pain for the past month and no one can seem to find anything i cant put pressure on it right above my belly button and sometimes sharp pains but they come and go and when they come its so bad im on the floor i did go to the er one night caus ei couldn hold anything down they said i had coloitis and lymph nodes growin on my intestines then i go to a gastro he sends me to xray for upper gi and lower couldn find anything and i feel as im stuck and no one knows whats wrong i went to the er the other night and they said it was a colitis falre up but my gastro dr said i didnt have that anymore ?idk can you help?
